Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be applied toward the total balance of your event. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date; however, the $200 deposit remains non-refundable. If a booking is canceled within 14 days (2 weeks) of the event, the client will be responsible for paying the minimum 4-hour service fee of $150/hour ($600) in addition to forfeiting the deposit. This policy ensures adequate compensation for reserved time and preparation costs. By submitting the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
